Kut A Bah Thng (骨仔肉湯/骨仔肉汤) Pork Bone Broth
Kut a bah thng (骨仔肉湯/骨仔肉汤) (Taiwanese: kut á bah thng) is a soup also made with pork, but unlike chi rou tang (赤肉湯, lean pork soup) which is cooked so fast and easy, kut a bah thng needs 1.5~2 hours of stewing. The main ingredient of kut a bah thng is pork skull, a part of pork bones, which are thought to have a large amount of collagen and calcium, so the longer it is stewed, the more nutrients it has.
