Dou gan chao rou si (豆乾炒肉絲/豆干炒肉丝) (pinyin with tones: dòu gān chǎo ròu sī), stir-fried hard bean curd with shredded pork, is a popular dish in re chao dian (熱炒店, stir fry restaurant). Its ingredients are mainly dou gan (豆乾, hard bean curd / dried bean curd) and pork, which are shredded in the same size. Green onions are also important in this dish because it can enhance the fragrance and flavor. They match each other so well with soy sauce that this cuisine goes so well with rice, too.
