You Tiao Sha Lang (油條沙朗/油条沙朗) Beef Stir-Fry With Deep-Fried Bread Stick
You Tiao Sha Lang (油條沙朗/油条沙朗) Beef Stir-Fry With Deep-Fried Bread Stick |
You tiao sha lang (油條沙朗/油条沙朗) (pinyin with tones: yóu tiáo shā lǎng), or sometimes called you tiao chao niu rou (油條炒牛肉, yóu tiáo chǎo niú ròu), is a combination of beef stir-fry and you tiao (油條, deep-fried bread stick). Since it usually uses sirloin (沙朗, sha lang) as the meat, that is why it is so named. Stir-fried with soy sauce, you tiao has crunchy and savory flavor while sha lang is soft and succulent. You tiao sha lang is so hard to resist that you will keep having one bite after another. It is also a popular dish in re chao dian (熱炒店, stir fry restaurant).
